[PSDR] Antenna gain vs. frequency measurement

Hello,

After a week of fixing equipment (still ongoing) I've finally been able 
to make some solid antenna measurements!  It's still very much a work in 
progress and will likely take all of this week as well, but it's being 
documented on this brand new wiki page:
