[HamWAN PSDR] WANTED: Structural engineer for tower analysis work

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is willing to accept 3rd party 
engineering endorsements as long as the calculations are done according 
to their published standards.  The DNR represents a lot of choice towers 
for our purposes, so this is a good opportunity to seize.
