[HamWAN PSDR] Anyone have (access to) a high quality pipe bender?

Yeah, that also includes welding end-caps on the pipe to keep the sand 
compacted.  Sounds like a huge PITA I'd rather not go through.  Oh, and 
I'd have to buy a welder and learn how to weld.  :)
