I can't attach the file I would like to suggest for the Banner background.

I couldn't find the one I used for the West Seattle ARC  www.westseattlearc.org which I thought might be nice...

I only seem to have flattened versions after I added the W7AW callsign in HarryPotter font...

Could the guy who helpfully offered to work on it send me an email to 

wr5j at arrl.net

Or if you have a way to get a 50 meg file, just let me know ... FTP?

Where is that multi-megabit network when you need one...

I agree.  Getting those words out to the right audience is something I've been yearning to do for a long time.  ARRL should be funding this kind of outreach!
