[HamWAN PSDR] HamWAN use cases [was: hamwan.net DDNS]

It is looking like that apparently the more recent releases support the more generalized OIDs, and I've added that to the monitoring system, so future additions won't need the specific OIDs.

I'll chock it up to another mikrotik oddity, but I recall when i first tried those, the OIDs existed, but just wouldn't return any data. Glad they work now. Makes things much simpler.
