[HamWAN PSDR] Anybody have single mode fiber termination tools?

If you cant find someone local, I know a Fiber Comm tech here in Portland(actually I think he owns the company).  Id assume he can do most fiber related things but only if it can be done from here. If its something that can be mailed that might work.
