[HamWAN PSDR] VOTE: New site @ East Tiger Mountain - phase 1

I'd like to propose that we consolidate and purchase more from Streakwave.
Move the waveguard and RB912UAG-5HPnD to them. Right now, with shipping
those cost $293.81 in your proposal. The quote I got from them including
shipping is about a monthly member's fee cheaper. I'll forward to the board.
