[HamWAN PSDR] VOTE: New site @ East Tiger Mountain - phase 1

Yup, that whole repeater site is making use of the link right now.  This 
includes their web page, web cams, VoIP phone, IRLP, EchoLink and 
D-Star.  Very hammy.
