[HamWAN PSDR] Haystack-SnoDEM (Paine) is working again

Looks it wasn't published!  Thanks for asking.  I've updated the 
Haystack page <http://hamwan.org/t/Haystack?structure=HamWAN> with the 
GPS coordinates.
