[HamWAN PSDR] FW: Important Info for MikroTik Operators

F Y'all's I, I just replied to Steve with a request to support an 
Amateur Radio License sales channel as well, in which we'd simply 
provide an FCC ULS link or proof of license to ISPSupplies.  I believe 
Ryan has experience with Streakwave handling this method for this new 
hardware.
