[HamWAN PSDR] Like to be certified :-)

Conny,

Sorry if you perceived this as being ignored. When we get the website
back up, we'll get you listed as Certified.

Ryan said he could work on an Ansible role to verify modem config.
This would work by checking each of the settings Bart asked about and
printing an OK or listing any changes that need to be made. This will
add some much-needed structure to the Certification process.
