[HamWAN PSDR] Getting online

Your signal just isn't strong enough to connect. The sensitivity
threshold on that receiver is specified at -95 dBm, but the -87 dBm
you're seeing is about the weakest I've ever seen anyone able to
connect. A usable signal would be above -80 dBm and a good signal
would be -70 dBm and above. It would be great if you could come up
with an additional 17 dB, either through improved aiming, mounting
location, or a higher gain antenna.
