[HamWAN PSDR] HamWAN dish and radio

I am pretty sure the 5SHPn radio is still available on Amazon, but the
Poynting dish was getting tough to find at a decent price. (I found a
couple for $200)

There are other 5Ghz dishes available, but most are now designed for the
dual-polarity radios.
