HamWAN board,

Please vote on the following expenses to build out the Baw Faw site. We
have approval to install two dishes and one sector. Baw Faw has line of
sight to Capitol Peak (dish #1) and high points around the Portland area
(dish #2). The sector will point toward Chehalis.
