[HamWAN PSDR] SnoDEM repair mission

Mark,

Are you a climber? We have tower work required at both Capitol Peak and Baw
Faw. CapitolPeak-S1 has inexplicably stopped communicating. And the
BawFaw-Larch dish will need to be aimed. Ideally we'll be able to get
someone one the tower aiming that at the same time we're at Larch aiming
back.
