Jamie,

It appears to be a large FM radio broadcasting tower. 94.1 has confirmed on twitter. https://twitter.com/941thesoundsea <https://twitter.com/941thesoundsea>

There’s also some rumor that it’s potentially shared by some other stations, but I haven’t been able to confirm.
