[HamWAN PSDR] Trying to capture West Tiger tower repair

It looks like the streaming stuff we’ve got going is having a hard time. It’s been restarted now. You can also view a live photo snapshot from the cam at http://hamwan.org/etiger.jpg <http://hamwan.org/etiger.jpg> that isn’t reliant on the video streaming software. (You can refresh for a new image every 10 seconds or so.)
