[HamWAN PSDR] Replacement for Dynadish 5

Baltic Network and ISP Supplies have both been reliable in the past. You do
need to be clear about your need for the international version and why. It
covers them if the FCC asks why they shipped and INTL version to a US
buyer, and like Streakwave, they may ask for a license copy.
