Board members in attendance were Cory, Ryan, and Nigel. General Membership and Guests in attendance was Tim.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">All board members voted to approve the spending, with the reminder that approved spending is provisional on being provided with receipts. We look forward to the capabilities East Tiger brings the organization, and thank Bart for his efforts in building this out.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">We have also agreed to hold regularly scheduled calls that the membership is welcome to attend, during which the board will listen to feedback from the membership, and vote on any issues at hand. At present, we are scheduling these calls quarterly, and have slated this call for 6PM Pacific, 9/28/2015. Any decisions needing to be voted on before then shall be made on an ad hoc basis, and we will strive to announce the time of the call on the mailing list to encourage the membership to join. East Tiger Mountain has been on the air for about a month now. It
was partially setup with test hardware, since we weren't sure it
would work. This test hardware is not appropriate for running the
site on a permanent basis. For example, the dishes don't offer
enough shielding, so they interfere with each other. Because of
this, we've had to keep the ETiger-SnoDEM link offline. Here is
the list of permanent hardware that would go @ ETiger. We have a
trip planned for July 11th to deploy it all.<br class="">

I've also donated a server for ETiger out of my own pocket, so
that'll be getting installed on July 11th as well. Microsoft
should be making a matching donation of at least $340 for it in
the next quarterly reimbursement cycle. We have a cash balance of
$882.75 in the bank, $162.97 in PayPal, and an unknown balance
(~$400) on the CC that needs to be paid still. Key Bank has
locked us out of the CC due to us canceling the checking account
there, so we're trying to get access again.<br class="">
