We have voted in the affirmative on this spending request.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Additionally, there was conversation for further discussion and thought with regards to designating some folks, likely the members of the board, as officers of the organization, and adjusting our bylaws to permit officers to make spending decisions for the organization, rather than requiring a full board action to make expenditures. I'm planning a visit for Gold Mtn soon, and instead of climbing
the tower twice and installing the gear twice like we did on
ETiger, I'd like to just take proper hardware the first time. The
plan is to do a signal survey from Gold Mtn to various other sites
and leave it in place, pointed at the best location. I hope that
location is the Westin building, where we have recently installed
