I don't know anymore. Shortly after I sent this email, I got a

green-lit on the site. The only impediments at this point
will be time & money. I need to put together a bill of
materials for folks to vote on.<br>

I did a live demo once of real-time re-routing. It wasn't
as huge a reaction as you'd think. :) As far as non-fatal
link degradation, we don't presently do anything with
weather / link qualify info, although we could write some
software to use it. Doesn't seem like a priority though.<br>
