Hi Paul,<br>

That's a great idea. Rob NR3O has put a lot of work into connecting<br>

Snohomish County hospitals to HamWAN as part of their emergency<br>

management plan. I haven't looked into the potential strategic value<br>

of Multicare sites, but at very least it would be good to connect<br>

their EOCs to the network. Do these facilities have EOCs staffed by<br>

hams? Do you know who they are? Do you get the feeling they'd<br>

appreciate a high speed data connection between EOCs?<br>
