No jumpers or other additional cables are necessary.The Ubiquity antennas (both the regular and LW dishes) connect directly to Mikrotik radios. The antenna is a RP-SMA M, the 912 is RP-SMA F. I've got exactly this setup on a bench right now that I'm playing with for some other projects. The only other change here is that the 912 5HP is in a RF Elements StationBox.
