[HamWAN PSDR] HamWAN summer update

I figured there wasn't much installation instructions, just wanted to ask. The cell site at the SG will be great, that should kick start a bunch of us.  I'm just praying the nice weather holds out a little longer, so the antenna can get mounted on the roof or tower.
