[HamWAN PSDR] Dayton 2015 opportunity

I'll give it a strong probably.  After a year of multiple family medical

I know I won't be. I can't speak for the rest of the Seattle folks, but I'd
guess very few will be. Dayton is a long long way for us west coasters.
