[HamWAN PSDR] I need some help

Bob hopped into the IRC earlier today and discussed, but in summary, the
internal interface of his modem isn't configured with an IP on his local
network, and isn't configured to either act as a DHCP server or client.

The present recommendation is to find an IP address in his existing
network that his existing home router's DHCP server won't try to give out,
and assign that to the internal interface of his HamWAN modem. After which
he should be able to talk locally to the modem.

After that, he'll need to add a NAT masquerade rule, so that he could
traverse traffic to and from HamWAN via a computer on his local network,
assuming the routes or default gateway are configured properly.
