Dean,

The mounting point for the feed horn is symmetrical. You can take out
those two bolts, rotate the feedhorn 180 degrees, and remount it while
still keeping the "ledge" to the right. You can do this without
disassembling the whole antenna (although you would have to get out on
the roof or where ever it's mounted). This would be an interesting
test, though I wholly expect the feedhorn is symmetrical and there
will be no change.
