[HamWAN PSDR] VOTE: Gold Mtn equipment purchase

We've just hopped off the call, the board members present, Cory and
Myself, have voted in the affirmative. Current balance plus credit
(covered by expected donations) takes care of the expense of this
purchase.

Bart, please move forward with purchasing the gear, and forward the
receipts to the board for records.
