[HamWAN PSDR] VOTE: Gold Mtn equipment purchase

Everything ordered and all bills forwarded EXCEPT RF Armor, which I knew 
would be laggy.  :)

If you can find anything missing in the order, please speak now so we 
can fill the gaps before deploy day.
