[HamWAN PSDR] HamWAN PSDR Internet performance

Can you post a traceroute or better yet an mtr 
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MTR_%28software%29> to show where the 
problem might be?  It's unlikely to be your last hop since that looks 
strong with a high CCQ.
