[HamWAN PSDR] Wind Storm Update

Hi Nigel,
Do you have IoT voltage data being reported about battery levels at all the
Hamwan sites?  I work in IoT and would love to get that data reported if
it's not being captured. That would give us a "last known capacity" rating
of battery backup systems prior to the moment things went down.
