[HamWAN PSDR] Madison Park Seattle HAMwan node?

I'm up and running on hamwan.  Special thanks to Carl Leon with good info
about installation details and to Tom Hayward who worked through the dark
arts of router config details. I'm now able to connect one laptop to the
router and bring up hamwan.org and click through the pages.  Next steps are
to figure out what's possible with hamwan without running afoul of the
no-encryption rule. One day, perhaps I can contribute a page to the website
listing useful scenarios and tools I've found to work.
