[HamWAN PSDR] Larch Mnt Uplink Node

Hello, does the Larch Mnt site have an Uplink Node?  The online network 
engineering documentation indicates ask to be an Uplink Node, and if approved, 
assigned PtP IP pair and OSPF password.  The Larch Mnt site does have a single
